Among the many flowering Oleanders you will find our small and intimate resort.

Small, because we prefer to provide our guests with personal care and attention.
Each of our apartments has its own individual character, but all have the same high levels of comfort.

10% service charge.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Room tax $6.50 per person per night.
No room tax for chilren under 12 Years.
Use of A/C is optional @ $10.-- per bedroom per night.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

• At time of booking a 25% to 50% deposit is required depending on your length of stay in order to guarantee your reservation.
• 50% of any deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancelled within 21 days of arrival NO refund.
• Under certain conditions a deposit can be saved for future travel within the same calendar year
